Product Manager


  • Ensure success and growth of the product, by developing both agriculture and technological vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Follow the market closely, identifying customer needs and market trends to adapt our produce assortment accordingly.
  • Write clear and detailed MRDs, that are based on marketing research, technological innovations, VOC (voice of customer) and VOS (voice of sales). 
  • Work and collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, agriculture, customer success and operations) to guarantee smooth and efficient implementation.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance of our listed produce, recommend appropriate actions, and continuously improve customer experience (retail experience, quality key benchmarks, produce packaging, etc.).


  • 3+ years of prior experience with B2C/B2B product management, preferably in retail or food industry. 
  • Degree in Engineering- A must
  • Both technical and business background, be able to understand technical processes, identify improvements and opportunities and prioritize tasks based on the value to drive success. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross disciplinary teams to achieve goals, team player and a go-getter attitude. 
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, data-driven mindset, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Fluency in English
