Site manager USA / Business unit manager USA

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Site Manager for our US activity and team, who has the desire to be part of an innovative and value-added project. The ideal candidate is excited to share our vision and be part of starting activity in the US. The Site Manager will be responsible for ongoing sales, operations, logistics, agricultural processes, planning and scheduling.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead our US operations team
  • Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning and profitability.
  • Supervise the manufacturing, installation processes and integration E2E processes.  
  • Locate outsourcing manufacturers for mass production of the product.
  • Manage the supply chain (From the plant nursery to the farm and all the way to the happy customer).
  • Develop strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Ensure every step of the process is functioning effectively to avoid costly delays and lost sales opportunities.


Education / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field- required.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management at multi-national organizations- required.
  • Experience in scaling up new businesses in the US- required.
  • Background in agriculture, agrotech or agricultural product- – required.
  • Experience in transferring from development to production of a primary product as a prototype in a start-up company- required.
  • Experience in managing mass production operations.
  • Excellent execution capabilities and multi-tasking.
  • Ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
  • Good level of English.
  • performance-oriented team. 
  • Excellent communication skills.



Travels up to 50% of time. Some travel might be international.


Work Schedule:

  • Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5 pm
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule

Longer hours, evenings and/or weekend work will be necessary frequently as job duties demand.
